บจก.ยงวิศว์ฯ เป็นบริษัทลูกของ หจก ยงวิศว์ โดยมีกรรมการบริษัท 3ท่านที่ร่วมก่อตั้ง ซึ่งเป็นวิศวกรที่มีความรู้และความเชี่ยวชาญในด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ทั้ง 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ เครื่องกล ไฟฟ้าและโยธาเป็นอย่างดี และยังมีประสบการณ์การทำงานในสหรัฐอเมริกามามากกว่า 15 ปี ในเรื่องการออกแบบและสร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์ เครื่องจักร automation เป็นต้น
